Started off as an attempt to run, but failed miserably. Plan was to do 5 miles +, but my legs didn't want tot run, I'd eaten, but was hungry, and my head just didn't want to be out. Was going to cut back through the park, but couldn't face it, so came directly home. And there was no queue outside of Tesco, so I went in and got milk, biscuits, bananas, crumpets, you know, the sort of things you can easily carry when you've got no bag on you and are just dressed for running...
