NVH 5k - Time to be confirmed. Drizzle at start of race. I did far, far better than I thought I would. Ran to how I felt and how much was left to do, not to time. Hung on the shoulder of a Stamford Strider until she stepped up a gear, actually, no, she didn't step up a gear, I slowed by 20 secs per mile for the last 2 miles. But still under 8 m/m. Splits are in miles as couldn't work out how to change the garmin.
