I struggle with mountain climbers though it is getting better. Really struggle with squat thrusts, not sure why. Side planks v difficult, especially on my bad shoulder.

I hate mountain climbers, squat thrusts and burpees. I think they show up my major weaknesses - hips and shoulders.
I think that's it for me, too. And somehow there doesn't seem that there is space under my body for my legs.
Brilliant, sounds very much like hard work!
I'm so lazy I was still in bed at that time...
