Lovely warm afternoon for a run. Everyone being good about distancing. Not many folk on Coldhams Common & easy to keep going & spaced out. If I could read these notes from a year ago, I’d be deeeeeeply confused by them.
Followed up by running up and down some stairs as there is zero chance of hill work for the moment.
