Sub 25 was the hope, ran without looking at the watch so I was quite pleased with the outcome. Course was selected as being reasonably flat which isn't that easy in Tilehurst!

That’s what I did this morning. Was trying to go fast so picked a single lapper mostly on tarmac. Had a bit of a hill at 3Km though but the last Km was downhill which was lovely.
