Tough today. I will ache later.
Warm up, then:
30s each exercise, no break
Squats
Press ups
Squat + lunge
Shoulder taps (in plank)
Reverse lunge
Hip taps (in plank)
Side lunges
Mountain climbers
7 sets.
Stretch
Adaptations to some of the exercises as we went on to make them harder. I couldn't do hip/shoulder taps after the first couple so just held plank instead.

Well done. How's the shoulder holding up?
Thinking press ups should figure in the next few months.
I quite liked the hip taps. Managed a few knee taps as well.
Shoulder is not too bad. Think it's doing it good, actually. No more movement but very little pain.
