Eddie strength session:

20 half kettlebells into 10 press ups
20 x hamstring curls on swiss ball
Side planks taking top arm down and under yourself and then back up straight x 20 each side
One legged dead lift lifting and putting down kettlebell x 5 each leg

Front plank position the up to press up position then down to plank position x 10
Deep squats with kettlebell x 10
Hamstring curls on ball with one leg x 10
Side crab walks with orange band, squat position, really use glutes, x 6 in each direction
Tricep dips on single kettlebell x 15 (finally managed to balance on one kettlebell to do these today - tough!)
Jump squats - no weight - really explosive jump up x 10
Side plank lift top knee up toward shoulder and back down- keep it controlled x 6 on each side
Kettlebell on floor, squat pick up kettlebell, into upright row then lift above head then back to ground x 10
Y squats - holding arms in y shape - pull in abs and stand tall x 10
Lunge matrix - forward, sideways, back but staying on same spot then change legs (make it hard by holding arms above your head) x 2 complete matrix
Bridge hold with kettlebell on pelvis, 10 x glutes to floor then x 20 opp legs lift

10 half kettebell swings into 5 press ups - just to finish you off!
