Yoga for when you're sore
This must have been an early video. Benji is really small, and Adriene is much less polished. This was pretty good for what I needed, but a lot of one-legged balances for a long time, which my ankles couldn't cope with. I would repeat, though.

Nicely pitched by the sound of it then? I quite like one legged balances, my balance has definitely improved over the years from doing them (quite a large chunk of what I knew before I started doing Adriene videos, now I come to think of it)
Yes - a good stretch and challenging enough.
Well done - I want to get back to these but finding unoccupied rooms with YouTube availability is challenging!
