Easy paced run from home along roads to GCG, Brynamman, to edge of Rhosaman, & return; felt OK at first, but after a while legs felt heavy & achy, and some backache trouble, possibly caused in part by unsuitable seating when we were away last week.

A good paced long run Evangel. At least for now we can continue with a run a day in these difficult times.
Well yes, but as over 70s Pat & I have to be more vigilant, so we'll be doing just a little on the road, but also use our dreadmill. We have a few months of running-boredom ahead of us!
That was a good long run, though. Would justify at least one rest day.
