A bit peppy for a recovery run but felt bouncy like Tigger and springy like a spaniel. Went out towards Beckenham for the first time in ages in an attempt to avoid parks and people. Really quiet out there and a glorious day. Saw a large group of cyclists. Not sure what the rules are round cycling but it seemed wrong anyway. Strong and fierce today. Everything felt good :-)

Fantastic. Cyclists also advised to follow distancing. Fine to ride with someone but keeping 2m apart. Very well run xx
