A bit peppy for a recovery run but felt bouncy like Tigger and springy like a spaniel. Went out towards Beckenham for the first time in ages in an attempt to avoid parks and people. Really quiet out there and a glorious day. Saw a large group of cyclists. Not sure what the rules are round cycling but it seemed wrong anyway. Strong and fierce today. Everything felt good

Fantastic. Cyclists also advised to follow distancing. Fine to ride with someone but keeping 2m apart. Very well run xx
