Felt as if my feet were made of smouldering wood, my legs were elephant legs, and there was nothing of me above my bum. But it's a run, and tomorrow's will be less laborious.
Popped out and back along the little lonning in Baggrow because there are some blue circles not covered by Railway Terrace.
