New Eddie strength session
Some tricky exercises that I'm not sure I'm getting right just yet.
And some evil b*stard exercises for sure.
Normally column two on my strength spreadsheet is for tips or reps or extra instruction.
After exercise one (20 x half kettle bells swings into 10 press ups) it just said "good luck"
After the final exercise #16 (10 x half kettle bell swings into 5 press ups) it says "just to finish you off"
