Well done! That bit along the Parkway is awful, isn't it?
Thanks! I barely notice the Parkway bit generally, as it's the cycle path between home and Mum's. But today it was all 'God, how much further?!' Longest run I've done and I can certainly feel it. Fortunately, when I popped in to the cafe after juniors there were chocolates for one of the children's birthdays, so I had something to keep me going! Seems i can eat Quality Street whilst running...
That's a good finding in itself. Well done for getting it done. That's a long distance.
