Hilton gym - bit quieter today. Stretches & strengthening:
Straight leg donkey kicks - 15 each side
Bent leg donkey kicks - 15 each side
Hamstring curls x 2 - 15 each side
Side lying sequence - 15 of each exercise on each side
Clams - 20 each side
Crunches - 15 of each (60 total)
Squat sequence (basic, sumo, split, single leg, lateral) - 15 of each
Ball slams with squat & thrust - 20
5 minutes of foam rolling to finish off.
