The HR is bobbins for gym work. I don't know why it's so rubbish. No way I was at 80 while doing squats, lunges, back etc. Anyway, good class as always. Not quite as crazy late, but still last in at 10 to! Was doing lovely video chat with the grandson. Zero on squats and lunges, but did them at least. OK on chest, shoulders etc. New instructor, Cameron, nice and clear but not quite so hilarious! Classes very full at mo, but waiting list works well. :-) G
