Hilton gym - very busy today! Whizzed through the following without stopping -
Sets of 10 -
Donkey kicks - straight & bent
Hamstring curls - both types
Side lying sequence - straight leg raise, bent leg out/in, straight leg small circles
Clams
Crunches - 2 sets of 10 of each
Squat sequence - basic, sumo, split & single leg
Ball slams (20)
Raised plank to pike and back - 5 times
Stretching
