The HR is complete gubbins when doing gym, I'm sure. V annoying when blowing out one's whatsit to see 80 something HR! Anyway, got MrsS's cold at last, so decided just to do a bit of stretching and foam roller. Added on weights but couldn't face cardio. Changed to watch activity at end to see if HR was measured any better but it wasn't. Nearly 1.5 hours in gym, then sauna, jacuzzi, steam room. Thought it might clear cold, but it didn't! Foam roller, stretches, sit ups, plank, side planks, bridge, wobble board press, side raises, curls, triceps, bent rows, then lat machine and chest machine. Then Scotland beat France. Wowsers!
