Notes & Comments

Cambridge Half. Nice route these year in places, especially going through King’s College. Headwind mile 6 to 7 followed by a gentle but long upslope. Nothing wrong with the time, around what I was targeting, but felt like very hard work for a time 6 minutes outside a PB I set only 4 months ago.
JM ran a minute PB, her husband finished 114th, JA also ran a PB. Good day.
