getting breezy again :(

Using the defined TAO "economy" pace range on watch after the first 5 min split, only walk breaks were horse, dog or trying to tame my hair related.
split 6 is on-road and with the wind behind me, the watch was telling me "too fast", which makes a change!

Still feel like my thighs are made of wood
(another night on the sofa and little sleep)
