TAO suggested 7.5 miles "economy" today, but even with watch still set to 2.30/30s 6 was enough. Legs kept walking on the updulates of Budna road without permission to do so :(

Beautiful blue sky, little wind and shouldn't have worn jacket.

- HR still up, but stress and two nights on the sofa dog-nursing will do that - probably still have last Sunday in legs too.
