Notes & Comments

First attempt at running since getting a chest infection. The infection seems to have cleared up(?) but i'm still very chesty and a little drossy. Also my chest has been hurting for the past few days (almost light heart burn). I'm hoping it's from all the coughing, but it is hurting now, a few minutes after finishing the run. I was coughing up mucus while running but not too much. Start on 8.30 mile pace, moved it up to 8 quickly and kept it there for 2 miles, then slowly ramped it up until sub 7 pace from there. Calf's were very tight and sore - left calf especially sore. I almost stopped because of it (and not cough).
