Notes & Comments

Managed to get out for a runch since I was working from home again plus it was a lovely sunny day (no wind this time). I did a slightly different loop to the previous week. Down towards Radstock then back and along and then up to Kilmersdon via the country lane and down Jack and Jill hill. Then up along to the farm and up the hill, then a loop around the SOTF woods and back via the same path I came out on. Very muddy and slippery today, seems even worse than it was a few days ago. Both calfs were tight today and I considered not running. Right calf felt tight and a little sore for most of the run, but held out.
