Notes & Comments
Saw a window in the weather with storm Ciara and got out for a long of road loop to SOTF woods and up to Holcombe and then across to Babington House and back via Kilmersdon. The wind was very strong, the ground was very wet and very muddy and the route is very hill. That, combined with the heavy rain and then hail I had about half way around made it tough going! Right calf didn't feel too bad, but a little tight and fatigued after a few miles. It felt better on the softer ground. That was worth well over 10 miles on the road.
