Notes & Comments

Upper respiratory symptoms onset last night (minor sore throat, not at all unwell with it) so decided to go for "unforced" and take "long" if it happened. Enjoyed that a lot - I'd forgotten how much I like running on the road between Threapland and Bothel. Opted to push it up from "90 minutes" to "9 miles".
