Club Run- Manor Road (plus 4.5m before)

4.5 miles easy before club, then with sub-7.00 group. Ran hard on Manor Road rep. Just about paced it right as didn’t have any more by the end of if. Recovered quickly to continue easily at mid-6 pace.

Overall pleased with today as 21 miles over two runs and no drop off this evening
