1 oggi mi sveglio prima pochi minuti ieri dopo un po di settimane ho riposato e oggi avevo voglia di capire
2 metto maglia adidas con cappusccio mi piace il freddo è nella norma 9° e poco vento le gambe subito le sento
3 leggere e riposate il che mi porta ad andare un po meglio anche il problema alle dita meglio dopo pediluvio molti incontri brutti e meno alla fine una buona uscita
