Hard work. Beautiful day but quite frosty and slippery, particularly on Morborne Hill - walked down the hill second time round (hence 10.24) mile. Aimed for average pace of 9.20 to get round in 2.20.00 and tried to start steady and not look at pace until around 6m. Pretty much stayed on 9.20 or less ave until the walk so had to work hard in last 4m to get the time back.
