5 x 4 mins at 9.1mph with 2.5 mins recovery - was supposed to be 6 reps but I put my foot on the plastic after 5 (maybe because I was tired?) so I had to stop it and start again and thought that was enough. Try again next time, felt like a good session anyway though.
