Workout 2
Hamstring stretch - fairly easy. Might need to look for progressions.
Adductor mobility - got foot cramp towards the end of each set. (Not sure if that is related to the stretch or not.)
Banded glute bridge - set 1 using light band, set 2 using medium. Could go heavier in future.
Single deadlifts - challenging from a balance PoV. Felt it in both glutes.
