1 Stamattina mi sveglio prima della sveglia non volevo scendere ma poi mi sono fatto prendere è un buon peirodo credo e forse questo aiuta a
2 cmq oggi lento ma le gambe cmq girano benino e poi senza grossi patemi si resta su una media un po piu alta del lento visto qualcuno o BRUTTA gente ma pensato davvero poco
3 alla fine il caffe è buono al my coffe e oggi toccava a me ...anche ilpancake successivo pero me piaciuto e domani si pensa di fare un po piu km speriamo di tenere
