Wed 19.30 Pilates with Tom. Good class. It's all much easier than the Norton classes with Claire, but still good. And probably I should go easy anyway. It's possible to strain back or other muscles with the unusual movements in Pilates. Really think it's good stretch and some strength work for me though. Glad to hear Tom is running again (was injured last time I was in his class, prob over a year ago). He's in the V70 category! Wed class because didn't run Wed after giving blood Tuesday. Will run again today, Thu. Typically it's cold and tipping it down today having been pleasant blue skies yesterday! Typisk!
