An easy tempo - i.e., not very fast :-p
2 miles steady, 6 miles tempo, 1.5 miles ease up.
Windy, mainly behind me for the first 6 miles, then a headwind hence the slow last two miles of the tempo section.

9.5 miles in the dark :-o you’re mad, no wonder you stuck to roads.
I wish my pacing was as even as yours.
Flatlander
The first 3 miles on the Busway, plus the 5th and 8th miles on the cycle/footpaths next to the road all have studded solar guide lights set into the paths so it was easy to tell where I was. Otherwise there were street lights.
It was only the first half of the 4th mile which was totally unlit and even that was fine :-)

My pacing is inbuilt - I didn't know what pace I was running until each mile beep. ;-)
Fenland Flier
Inbuilt speed control, it costs a fortune to have in a car :-p
Flatlander
I'm very cheap to run ;-)
