Lunch time run back at work. Very windy, so went out through the residential streets and back along canal with wind behind. Can you tell which mile that was?! Nice to get out even if windy and rainy. Not cold though, quite mild. Wiggling around trying to get WSW squares. Didn't get it quite right - got 30. Giving blood tonight, so either easy run or maybe Pilates tomorrow. :-) G
