Nominally PP W15D3, though W15 has been spread over about 3 weeks! 5 x 750m with 2 min recoveries. Started steadily and felt quite heavy-legged on the first 3 reps, due to a combination of the lay-off, fairly low s/r and run beforehand. Found I was hitting 1.30m+ stroke length on first three reps, so tried to reduce that and increase the s/r slightly on the final two reps, which were a bit quicker but felt easier. Pleased with overall average pace given short recoveries and moderate effort level.
