I had felt crushingly tired all day, I hoped hoped the cycle ride earlier would have sparked me into life but it didn't. Had a struggle to stay awake, but eventually stirred myself and got out for a run. It should have been a 10 miles run, but I didn't try that and took it easily instead.
For an easy run having felt so tired beforehand, it was a good run!
Erratic mile paces due to slopes and wind direction.
