And I could still feel yesterday’s crossed legs today! I need more practice on that if these are going to go in holding those poses for that long at the start! Rest all good. Lot of down dogs in transitions between poses & forward folds, which are going to be tough on your shoulder.

I was sitting on a cushion and it helped - might need a bit more for now.
