3 sets of 20. Estimating 30 seconds per 5 press-ups.
EDIT 28/1/20: All entries amended after timing 20 press-ups and discovering that even 60s per 20 press-ups is a bit generous.

I can't do more than 3 or 4 in a set! that's impressive!
Once the movement has been imprinted it's just about repetition.
my wrists don't agree!
I struggle to. Can do about 5 and then need a long recovery.
