2m warm up, then pyramid session all off road at cricket grd & the meads. 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1 mins with walk recs. Didnt push too hard in case hip was aggravated, but it was fine. 2m warm down. good way to finish the year, highest mileage acheived.
