Notes & Comments

Testing out the route of Sunday's KFL race at Shorne Wood in spikes, so much more grip and therefore confidence in the descents, climbs and turns. I had worn 15mm pins in the shoes but they are too long for the concrete and compacted hardcore parts of the course.
