Just trying to keep ticking over. Last time I tried to run around here I tweaked my Achilles going uphill - my fen-dwelling legs just aren’t used to ascent/descent - so deliberately tackled this as a run-walk, running everything apart from the uphills. First mile was more or less all uphill, so it was a sluggish start, and I was a bit tentative on the descent, but generally enjoyed this and got back unscathed. First “run” I’ve enjoyed for a very long time.
