Notes & Comments

Another WSW variation on the canal run. Stop at Meggetland (actually Ashley Terrace would have done if I'd gone up and back to Comiston lights) and back along Spylaw, Merchiston, Polwarth etc. A few new roads, which was nice. Could have got one more if I'd gone down West Castle, but would have then missed Brunstield. 34 is better than my usual 16 or so! Better than just going out and back. Always fun exploring. Weird weather. Crazy windy, but mild, except for squally showers. Anyhoo, plodding on. Hips and glutes a bit stiff, just from XC? :-) G
