Day 7. Weymouth parkrun on the Prom.

Analysis:

I gave up. It could be for several reasons. Too heavy. Too fast to start with. Took my beta blocker before the run for the first time in ages. Too many recent runs have been little more than a plod.

It's noticeable that the HR didn't get very high...
