That was fun! Except I've got a dodgy tum. Just wind maybe?! moon Anyhoooo... was trying to get WSW squares again, so out *not* on canal and back on canal! Not too niggly, but right ham, both glutes and Achilles all a bit tender. Weird! :-) G
