Notes & Comments

This went better than expected, given that I finished Friday's run in a fair bit of pain with the ribs.

I managed to get through the first 6 miles with no pain and then I was about 3 to 4 out of ten until 12 miles and then I was up to about 6 to 7 for the last couple of miles.

I was gliding today and feeling pretty relaxed. I now just need to see if the ribs will ease up sufficiently before Saturday's race.
