Club hill run. With Norman and Alison R, so a bit slower, but ideal after XC on Sat. Lovely morning. Stayed dry, though cloud was low and very boggy under foot. All good though. No damage from Sat XC! Slight right outside of calf thing, but just a bit tender. :-) G
