All relative. Longest run since August. Felt good all the way round and could have carried on if Junior parkrun was not calling.

Interesting choice for the other runner in the Nook: head to toe in black, no reflective strips and no head torch. How he could see where he was going I'll never know. I couldn't see him until I nearly stepped on him!
