SLR: 20 with 2kg dumbbells.
Curls: 12/12/12 with 4kg dumbbells. Short recoveries.
Narrow presses: 12/12/8@22kg.
3 x (2x10) side kettlebell doodles between sets.
Wide presses: single set of 8@22kg.
