Notes & Comments

Hill reps session. Ran up to the top of the lane and then did a pyramid session on the last steep little bit down to the track. 2 x 8 sec sprints. Then 1/3, 2/3, whole hill, then back in reverse. Also the 2 long climbs each way to the top of Dry Carr/Thorney. Knackering but good.
