Not sure what to call this

A bit of yoga - forward and backwards bends, forward fold to plank, down dog, cat-cow,plank, pigeon fold.
Pilates - fold down to plank, triceps press-ups, down dog, runners' lunge
- all very cautiously as a sort of warm-up and check range of motion, niggles etc
then -dead bugs, superman, fire hydrant, slow donkey kicks - just 5 per side of each.

Hip fine throughout, tight-ish in both hamstrings

Creful rolling of spiky ball between my back and the wall then butt and wall found a couple of "trigger points" in left glute (it's usually the right I have issues with) - so there's something going/gone on there - but I think/hopefully it's there and not actually in the hip joint.

Nice new thick yoga mat and a working radiator in the hall (at last) :)

feel a bit better afterwards- maybe I shall be motivated to repeat this...
