Shop, allotments, Clock Hall, Mount Pleasant.
Blimey! Who thought moving here was a good idea? Today's run both started and finished uphill and had quite a lot of uphill in the middle, too.†
Just a "quick" (actually: short) jog round to remind myself that I can still do it. Which may not quite be true, but I've booked the Peterborough Marathon for next April in any case.
Although many of the roads around here are flat, none is (as far as I've found so far) horizontal. Lots of lovely views over the fields; decent weather for once - what more could a man want?
Only a short outing to test my legs out (as expected: well out of practice) and get some fresh air before mowing the lawn.
